If you are experiencing problems dialing Long Distance: Pick
up the line experiencing problems and dial 1-700-555-4141
and note the recording or any tones that you receive. If the
problem only occurs to select lines please list those and
the approximate time of the call.

How do I find out the PIC (long distance provider) on
my line? |

Pick up the line and dial 1-700-555-4141. You should
get a recording that states your LD provider. A fast busy
signal usually indicates there is no LE provider. |

Why do I get a stuttered dial tone or beep after placing
a long distance call? |

If you get a stuttered dial tone or beep that indicates
there are project codes on that line, you will need to
find out the project code from your administrator to complete
the call. |

When should I notify One Source Communications of any
adds, moves, or changes to my lines? |

The sooner the better. If you are planning on moving,
please allow 30 days notice. |
